Ashya Nair is the Managing Partner of ANS Partnership. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London and a Bachelor of Jurisprudence from the University of Malaya. She thereafter obtained the Certificate in Legal Practice and is an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.

She has handled a broad range of civil and commercial matters, including industrial relations and employment disputes, commercial and corporate matters, debt recovery proceedings, bankruptcy matters, administration of estates, family matters, as well as property and conveyancing transactions. Her practice encompasses both contentious and non-contentious work, enabling her to provide comprehensive and practical legal solutions to her clients.
In addition to her legal practice, Ashya is also a Company Secretary, allowing her to advise corporate clients on legal, regulatory, and corporate governance matters in a holistic manner.

Ashya is an active member of the Selangor Bar’s Civil Practice & Court Liaison Committee, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional development and service to the legal community.
